The Potts brothers have a deep understanding of digital recruitment having founded Jobsite.co.uk in 1995 as well as created and managed Evenbase with global assets such Broadbean, Jobrapido and Oilcareers. They have now poured all this knowledge of job boards, candidate attraction, recruiter workflows and technology solutions into Talenetic to build world class talent acquisition platforms for job boards, recruitment agencies and corporate recruiters. They are being joined on the board and in the day to day management by Parthasarathy R, who brings with him over twenty years of global industry experience.
