This is a monumental day for me, my brothers and Indian Entrepreneur Parthasarathy.R. as today, we are really proud to launch Talenetic, the next generation in digital talent management.
Conversations we have been having recently with recruiters across the globe have reinforced our view that the digital recruitment software space is largely dominated by a set of legacy based software providers who (they told us) were only partially meeting their requirements. What we heard is that :-
- Customers need truly cross platform technology (social, mobile, web)
- Customers are looking for superior search technology (Faster, more intelligent CV/Resume search, Talent pool management and Vacancy search)
- Customers are looking for affordable “Enterprise class” vacancy & talent management technology
- Customers want vastly more adaptable and scalable solutions.
I’ve been involved with many successful businesses over the last 20 years but it’s so rewarding to start up again with my brothers to focus on the current issues in our exciting industry. I’m sure you’ll all be hearing a lot from us over the coming months, so please do watch this space.
